In the November 2017 BTO launch, HDB released a total of 4,830 units across four neighbourhoods – Punggol, Sengkang, Geylang, and Tampines. Read on to learn about each of the project’s locations, as well as their estimated pricing!

HDB November 2017 BTO flat launch details

Punggol: 390 units, 4-room and 5-room flats

The new flats in Punggol will be located between Northshore and Punggol Way. The nearest LRT station is Samudera LRT station, which is 4 stops away from Punggol LRT station. The project is close to Marina Country Club, Punggol Waterway Park, and Northshore Plaza I, which is currently under construction. Travel time from this project to Punggol MRT station is estimated to be approximately 15 minutes.

Sengkang: 1,500 units, 2R Flexi, 3-room, 4-room, 5-room and 3Gen flats

New flats in Sengkang will be launched in two locations; 1,300 units of 2R Flexi, 3-room, 4-room, 5-room and 3Gen flats will be available between Sengkang West Road and Sengkang West Way, and 200 units of 2R Flexi and 3-room flats will be available Anchorvale Street and Anchorvale Road.

The former project is nearby Ju Eng Home for Senior Citizens and Sengkang Green Primary School, with the nearest LRT station being Fernvale LRT Station. (The Seletar Mall is also immediately adjacent to this LRT station). The latter project is near Punggol reservoir, Sengkang Sports & Recreation Centre, and Springdale Primary School, and Farmway LRT Station is conveniently located at this project’s doorstep.

Geylang: 740 units, 2R Flexi, 3-room, and 4-room flats

This project is bordered between Eunos Avenue 5, Eunos Crescent, and Eunos Road 2. With a bus interchange located just in front of the project, and Eunos MRT station also in the immediate vicinity, residents in this neighbourhood will have no problems with accessibility. Also nearby are the Sims Avenue Park Connector, and Kampong Ubi Community Centre.

Tampines: 2,200 units, 2R Flexi, 3-room, 4-room and 5-room flats

The project at Tampines is located at the intersection of Tampines North Drive and Tampines Street 62. It’s not ideal in terms of proximity to public transport, with both Pasir Ris MRT Station and Tampines MRT Station located a fair distance away. This project, however, will be surrounded by lots of greenery, with three proposed parks in its immediate surroundings.
