Forget churros and gradient drinks.
Seafood Hunter is the latest thing in the pasar malam (night market).
The stall has more than 20 types of seafood, with some going for as low as S$1. Examples are breaded oysters, fish nuggets, and seafood cheese tofu.
There are also slightly more expensive items, like mini lobsters (S$2), garlic butter or cheese oysters (S$1.50) and potato prawn (S$1.50).
At a higher tier, there are more premium seafood like mud crabs (S$5.90), mini soft shell crabs (S$5), as well as calamari rings with nacho cheese (S$5).
You can even reserve Alaskan snow crabs for S$25 (if you’re fast enough):

According to Yahoo Singapore, the enterprise is started by Louis Stan Lee, who owns a fish farm in Malaysia.
Lee also used to supply seafood to hotels and caterers in Singapore, which was how he came to know about the high prices charged and large profit margins.
Now, as both the supplier and retailer, Lee can keep the prices low without the middleman.
